CLIENTS

Negotiations at all levels involving…..·

  • Gaining and collating material prior to audit regarding contractor status.
  • Attendance at audit and discussions with auditor.
  • Negotiations after the audit and any further material required.
  • Monitoring audit results and sign offs before submission to Insurance provider.
  • Advice and help for small business and contractors in relation to setting up their business to be “audit proof" where contractor status could be an issue.

GOVERNMENT BODIES

  • Discuss clients issues with auditing companies in relation to the satisfactory outcome of random audits that identify contractors deemed as workers.
  • Enter into discussion with the appeals section at WorkCover on the client’s behalf .
  • Create and submit appeals and submissions on client’s behalf.
  • Continue ongoing research discussion and interpretation in regard to current legislation in relation to small business and to the status of contractors.

INSURANCE PROVIDERS

  • Enter into negotiation with Insurance Companies on client’s behalf in relation to the moratorium on late payment fees.
  • Obtain clients audit reports and scrutinise for possible areas of appeal.

AUDITORS

  • Enter into negotiations regarding clients audit report overview. Obtain further criteria in an attempt to bring about a better perspective for the auditor, and a better financial outcome for the client.
 PARLIAMENTRY
  • Negotiation and discussion at all levels representing small business and contractors in relation to the current legislation regarding deemed workers.
  • General discussion and lobbying with current State Ministers department on behalf of Small business and contractors in relation to the current legislation.
